Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our handmade pieces as they are custom, made to measure and made to order. If you have an issue with the fit of your custom item, we offer free alterations! To arrange, please email or DM us on instagram!

(This still applies to our custom handmade pieces created based off uk sizing) 

'Readymade' or 'In-Stock' items

For all of our 'Readymade' or 'In-Stock' pieces, we have an exchange policy in place allowing you a 7 day period from when you received your item to request a size exchange (or store credit). 

As a large majority of ByMia items are exclusively made to order, please check your exchange request applies to an eligible item.

Notices Regarding Fabric Stock & Choices

Please note that if you've requested a certain colour in the notes section at checkout, then the item will be made in the same material as the product you've selected but in your colour choice!  If you've requested a colour that we can't find in that exact material we may create the piece in an alternative material or contact you to discuss options!

This also applies to certain fabric stocks or trimmings such as lace (if we run out of our original choice the print may differ very slightly). If you have any questions please get in touch!
